France imposes higher passenger taxes on Private Jets.

Starting from 1st March, France is changing the way it taxes passengers on Private Jets.

Here are the proposed fees (increased from EUR 20 pp):  

Short Flights within Europe (including UK & Switzerland)

Turboprop Aircraft: EUR 210 Per Person

Jet Aircraft: EUR 420 Per Person

Medium Flights up to 5,500KM

Turboprop Aircraft: EUR 210 Per Person

Jet Aircraft: EUR 420 Per Person

Long Range Flights beyond 5,500KM

Turboprop Aircraft: EUR 1,025 Per Person

Jet Aircraft: EUR 2,100 Per Person

Distance is calculated from Paris Charles de Gaulle to the chosen departure airport (irrespective of whether the flight departs from Nice, Lyon etc...)

Your private Account Manager will contact you if this affects any of your existing bookings.

Notice to current members' bookings (short and medium flights) Jet Members will honour the quoted price for any confirmed booking made to/from France up until 01/06/2025 (3 months extended grace period) for short and medium flights. Notice to any existing bookings (non-members)

Jet Members will honour the quoted price for any confirmed booking made to/from France up until 30/03/2025 (1 month extended grace period) for short and medium flights. Bookings made for flights after 01/04/2025 may be subject to tax surcharges.

Any Long Range bookings (member or non-member) may be subject to additional tax amendments for any flight post 01/03/2025.

Additionally, in light of what we feel may be a slightly disproportionate increase in duty and as an act of fairness, we will also allow members the right to withdraw from any confirmed charter booked prior to 25/02/2025 departing from France without penalty for any and all future bookings post 01/06/2025.

Jet Members reserve the right to withdraw complimentary carbon offsetting for any booking made henceforth to & from France.
